Used Peugeot 400

Peugeot has always been known for the gorgeous cars they produce that exude of performance and quality. But Peugeot does have other tricks on its sleeve for they also have a wide range of GT scooters. The launch of the Peugeot Satelis 400 has done nothing but impress people all over the world. One of the best things about the Satelis 400 is that it comes with 400 cc and 500 cc options, all with a massive chassis and superb Piaggio engines. Launched in 2003, the full-sized Satelis 400 boasts of superb equipment. Its instrument panel is as comprehensive as you would want any instrument panel to be, while its storage compartments can fit anything you would want to store. You get a space under your seat that is big enough to store two full-face helmets, or your laptop computer. You also get a storage compartment on your handlebars, while you can find a glove box on the left hand side of your apron. Anything and everything that you can find on the Satelis 400 has been included to make driving easier. Its pneumatic jack, for instance, accompanies the opening of your rear compartment. You also get a remote control that allows you to unlock the compartment from a distance as an option. Both the City and the Executive trim levels are given a lasso type antitheft chain that establishes a direct connection right through the scooter’s rear frame. This makes it easier for you to lock this baby to any immobile structure. There are also nominal differences that separate the Satelis 400 from its smaller cousins, and these include improved radiator cooling efficiency through enhanced air intake grills on the scooter’s central column, impressive passenger back support, and a new windscreen that makes driving more comfortable. Stability has been significantly improved, and agility has been made more remarkable. The height of the scooter’s seat, as well as the design, lets a 5’7” driver place both his feet on the ground comfortably. This is very convenient for any city driver. Meanwhile, the turning circle of the scooter is just small enough to allow making u-turns in narrow streets. Front suspension works accordingly with the steering line, so low-speed maneuvering does not require strong manipulations of the handlebar on the driver’s part. Dual Swinging Linkage, or DSL, is also incorporated in the used Peugeot Satelis 400. It comes with dual benefits in the form of a more rigid chassis, thereby giving you better stability. This system also reduces vibration when dealing with various road surfaces. The Satelis 400 is indeed the wise choice to make if you are out to get a scooter that exudes reliability and performance like no other.
