Used Fiat 1900

The Fiat 1900 car model was first created in 1954. This model was unique because it was designed to have multiple body types. These body types include a hatchback, a sedan, a fixed-head coupe, a drop-head coupe, and a station wagon. The fixed-head has a permanent top while the drop-head is a convertible; but overall, both closely resemble each other. The very obvious reason why the many body types made for just one car model is very clear. By doing so, Fiat is able to cover almost all possible markets. This is because many consumers, with different lifestyles and different needs, can now own a Fiat 1900. For the families, a station wagon version will fit in very well with their need for more passenger capacity. For those who are into driving an open car, the convertible version is their best option. The engine of the Fiat 1900 is the OHV (overhead valves) diesel engine with a displacement capacity of 1.9 liters. This engine has four cylinders, and there are two valves in each cylinder. This gives the Fiat 1900 a total of eight valves. And within these valves, a bore and stroke ratio of 82 mm by 90 mm is generated. Other than the bore and stroke ratio, the engine has a compression ratio of 20:1 and a maximum power of 40 bhp. The coolant used in the Fiat 1900 is water and regulated carbon dioxide emission makes this car more environment-friendly than most car models. Despite the car being not too powerful compared to others, its performance is pretty decent. Although there was a gap of two years between the two versions – a petrol version of the Fiat 1900 was already in existence while the diesel version was still actively produced – the diesel version proved to be more popular than its petrol counterpart. The Fiat petrol-engined car was actually launched in 1952 — two years prior to the diesel’s own debut. The petrol version was a rear drive car. The bore and stroke ratio are the same with the diesel version, but its maximum power is superior compared to the diesel version, being able to generate a maximum of 53 hp. Its maximum recorded speed is at 125 km/h and its acceleration can give the used Fiat 1900 petrol version a speed of 100 km/h in just 32.5 seconds. Also, the engine consumes one liter of fuel after running 12.05 kilometers.
